Terms & Conditions

  • All Pharmacy Express Privilege Cards are the property of Pharmacyexpress Ltd.

  • Employee/Company I.D. & email address must be produced in order to activate your Privilege Card.

  • You will have been informed before or upon arrival, that in order to activate your 10% Discount card, you must sign up to our mailing list. 

  • Privilege Cards must be produced before or during transaction in order to receive discount. It is not the responsibility of the cashier to offer the discount.

  • Exclusive Privilege Offers & Promotions may only be availed of with the presentation of the card.

  • Discount may not be redeemed once transaction has been processed.

  • Any member of staff can ask for proof of identity at any time.

  • Cardholder will have 10 days to produce a form of employee/company identity.

  • Pharmacy Express Privilege Card is not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee card.

  • Pharmacy Express Privilege Card is for personal use only, business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse.

  • Pharmacy Express can cancel, withdraw or alter the Privilege Card Scheme and its Terms & Conditions at any time.

                  Additional cards will not be issued.

  • Pharmacy Express reserves the right to confiscate, suspend or remove a Privilege Card, if there is reason to believe that the scheme is being abused.

  • Lost/Stolen Cards can only be reissued with proof of Employee/Company Identity.

  • When returning discounted goods, a receipt of purchase must be produced as proof of initial discount.

  • Discount is not valid in conjunction with Sale items & Special Offers.

  • Offer is not available on any Government Health Schemes (i.e. GMS(Medical Card Fee), Hi Tech, European Health, Drug Payment Scheme, Drug Refund (Private), Long Term Illness & Health Amendment Act.)
